Refund Policy
1. Introduction:
ATSPAR BD strives to deliver exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
2. Upfront Payments:
The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable as it covers the initial project planning and resource allocation.
3. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds may be considered if the project is terminated by ATSPAR BD due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If the Client is unsatisfied with the deliverables, ATSPAR BD will first attempt to resolve the issue through revisions. Refunds will be considered only if a mutually acceptable solution cannot be reached.
4. Process for Refund:
- The Client must submit a written request for a refund within 7 days of the project completion.
- ATSPAR BD will review the request and respond within 7 days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 28 working days through the original payment method.
5. No Refunds on Completed Work:
Once the final deliverables have been approved and provided to the Client, no refunds will be issued.
6. Disputes:
In case of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing any legal action.
